Customize the Windows Logon Dialog Title
Goto Start --> Run --> Type Regedit


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE --> Microsoft --> Windows NT --> CurrentVersion --> Winlogon

Create new STRING value "Welcome"
And put the value whatever you want (example :: put your name there!)
